At Mindful Yoga Collective, we are committed to providing our students with an environment where they can thrive and learn. We are a yoga and meditation studio in Salt Lake City, Utah, dedicated to passing on the tradition of yoga to people of all skill levels. Mindful Yoga Collective specializes in quiet, non-competitive classes so students can learn at their own speed, and replenish their own bodies and souls.
Mindful Yoga Collective opened in 2013. We are a group of longtime teachers with an average of 25 years of teaching experience. We are more than an exercise class; we offer a space where meditation and growth through yoga is possible for veterans and beginners alike. Our studio is a newly remodeled and sustainable space, built with non-toxic, green materials. We’re happy to share the building and our healing philosophy with our friends at Great Basin Chiropractic.

Our teachers have been practicing and teaching for many years. We’ve accumulated a whole lot of knowledge that can’t always be imparted in a weekly class. We love offering longer-format workshops in yoga, meditation, anatomy and specialized trainings. Marlena and Charlotte host a meditation gathering the first Sunday of every month.
