Mindful Yoga Collective is the place to find Salt Lake’s most creative and experienced yoga teachers. We are committed to passing on the ancient tradition of Yoga in all its aspects. Our classes are quiet, focused and small enough that we can attend to each student’s individual needs in a non-competitive environment. All experience levels welcome. Come visit our beautiful, new space!
We’re happy to share the building and our healing philosophy with our friends at Great Basin Chiropractic.

Each class is in this series is uniquely sequenced to highlight one specific aspect of Prana (life force). At the heart of each practice is bhavana, or “feeling,” which thoughtfully links every stage of practice through breath and reminds us of our true nature.
